I lost 7.6lbs this week! Oh my goodness!
How I did I do it you may ask? I stopped counting points. I ate less. Drank more water. And chewed gum. Amazing!
So I am down 22lbs! I hope I can have another good week. I’m not looking for a huge drop like I just had, but a drop nonetheless would be great. Shooting for a pound but I would love to see 3 more gone.
